Birgitta’s journey in to the Freedom Teachings started in 2005. In 2006 she became a member of the Kathara Team. She is inspiring, generous and passionate in the way she shares what she has learned in her studies of KS. She brings joy, love and a deep understanding of the Freedom Teachings/KS to the Kathara Healing™ workshops she facilitates, as well as to the one-on-one Kathara Healing sessions and the KS coaching sessions she co-creates with students in KS.

Born (in 1959) and raised in the Netherlands, Birgitta has lived and worked in the Netherlands, Switzerland and the United States. She holds a Masters degree in Psychology (Group Dynamics, Change Management & Organizational Behavior). In 2008 she completed the widely recognized coaching certification program of The Coaches Institute (San Rafael CA, USA).  She has 25 years of experience in corporate training, professional coaching and management consultancy. She travels the world to deliver corporate training programs as well as to run Kathara Bio-Spiritual Healing™ classes. Travelling allows her to enjoy the beauty of planet Earth and to hold "Mother Earth and all her Children" in Reverent-Respect.

Birgitta currently resides in the Netherlands (Central European Time). She runs coaching sessions in English and in Dutch.
